Chad Herendeen runs ultra marathon events and has participated in numerous triathlons. At 50, he exudes more vitality than many people 10-15 years younger. In his late thirties, he was running late for a flight and came to the painful realization that he was overweight and out of shape. This moment catalyzed his passion and drive to reclaim his health and begin training for ultra marathons.
